  • Quotes are fixed-fee for the scope described; changes to scope, drawings, or jurisdiction requirements after acceptance may adjust fee and schedule.
  • Work begins after written acceptance and receipt of complete responses to our technical enquiries; architectural base files are provided by the client in CAD where applicable.
  • One internal revision round is included; city/AHJ plan-check comments are addressed until permit issuance. Changes after city approval driven by other trades are additional services.
  • Permit application submission and follow-up, construction administration, utility coordination and on-site data collection are by others unless expressly included.
  • Deliverables are PDF permit sets; CAD/native files are available as a priced option.
  • Payment: 30% on acceptance, balance on final delivery unless agreed otherwise. Uploaded files are used solely to prepare your quote and design.
